A Perfect Delivery Certificate is issued by the main contractor to confirm that a project has been completed:

  • To specification

  • With no defects

  • With no health & safety incidents

  • And with excellent communication and coordination throughout

It’s not something that’s handed out lightly – and receiving it is a clear sign that the work has met the highest professional standards.

A Seamless Service, Not Just Seamless Gutters

Our role in the UEA Enterprise Centre project involved the supply and installation of a full seamless aluminium guttering system. This included:

  • Custom-formed aluminium gutters created on-site for precision

  • Colour-matched powder coating for a clean, modern finish

  • Discreet downpipes designed to handle large water flow while blending into the architecture

But beyond the materials, it was the attention to detail, clear communication, and on-site professionalism that ensured everything ran smoothly – and ultimately led to the award of this certificate.
